Metallic Epoxy Floors

Metallic floors consist of a four-layer system. First, we prepare the substrate by grinding the floor. Next, we seal it with a vapor barrier primer. After the primer has dried, we apply a tinted base coat made of 100% solid epoxy. The following day, we apply a slow-cure epoxy with a metallic additive. Once this layer is dry, we finish by applying a high-wear top coat to protect the floor’s surface.
